CEO Statement: Signaturit, our response to Covid- 19

As CEO of Signaturit, I’d like to start by thanking you for trusting our services and technology.

Given the current situation of the Covid-19 around the world, at Signaturit we are 100% committed to guaranteeing the safety of our employees and to contribute to government contingency and prevention plans. It is the responsibility of all of us, especially those companies who have teleworking policies, to avoid any type of contribution to the worsening of the situation and not to expose our employees, their families and the community to any risk or contagion.

Our employees are our most important asset. They are the ones who build, sell, code, deliver, and support our products and services, especially during these tough days. So I want to thank everyone at the Signaturit team for their effort at this difficult moment.

Signaturit has implemented teleworking since its foundation, and this is why our activities remain currently normal, as we continue to offer our services to our clients and partners with the same standards of security and agility. We have implemented safety precautions replacing our in-person customer meetings with digital experiences, and enhanced our office protocols to remote work. All our employees are currently on teleworking, and we have stopped any type of attendance to events, face-to-face meetings, and business trips.

We have strengthened our teams and infrastructure, and our leadership team is monitoring all activities on a daily basis, guaranteeing the highest quality in the response of our customers’ needs.

 

How can Signaturit contribute to helping in this situation?

Signaturit is a company whose spearhead is to provide trust services, including digital signatures and certified communications via email or SMS. Our platform allows everyone to sign documents remotely in a safe way and in a compliant manner, without the need of being exposed to be in situ, nor in person with other people.

Any company that currently has the need to send official communications to their employees and customers, or to sign labour or commercial contracts (teleworking agreements, extensions, prevention of occupational risks, commercial agreements, confidentiality agreements or SEPA mandates. ) can definitely count with our technology.  

With the aim of helping in any way we can, we’ll be offering a 1-month free license of Signaturit under the promocode “StayAtHome” to help companies, education centers and anyone who may need to send documents or communications during the current crisis. We’re also working on the legal support and disclosure of relevant information to the benefit of the general public, with articles, webinars and other campaigns that will help you during this complicated moment.

Finally, our legal department has created specific information about our internal implementation of teleworking policies, in order to guarantee to our customers that we  provide our services as normal. Also, both to our clients and those who are not yet, we have created specific legal documentation and templates to help and streamline companies with their implementation protocols for teleworking

We know this is a hard time for everyone and we should take care of each other. That is why it is very important that we remain together (at home, but together) since moments like these remind us that we’re all connected like never before.
