In this product update we want to present you with the new version of Signaturit's electronic signature solution, with which the user experience has been improved, making the electronic signature process easier and faster.

This post is also available in Spanish.

It has been possible thanks to all the comments and suggestions made by our users and customers since last January. We do believe that having a special focus on our users and customers is key to our continuous product development and we are really thankful and encourage you to contact us for any suggestions you may have.

This new version is focused on improving the user experience by making the signing process easier and faster. For this reason, we have made the signature’s canvas wider to improve the stroke of the signature, allowing users to sign either horizontally or vertically. Additionally, we have changed the position of some of the buttons to make the process easier to follow and preventing the users from getting blocked. Furthermore, now we allow the signer to move the position of the electronic signature, once drawn.

We are working on making the document signing as easy as sending an e-mail, with a completely natural flow and without having to install or access any additional applications. - Jose Bautista

On the other hand, on our continuous reinforcement of the legal aspects, we have strengthened the records of the audit trail by adding the geolocation of the signer and a document acceptance clause at the time of signing. We are already complying with the most advanced electronic signature regulations such as the Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and the United States (E-SIGN Act). Our goal is to provide the maximum evidences of an electronic transaction and that's why we are always looking ahead to incorporate all the possibilities that new technologies allow us.

We invite you to try the new version!
