During this month we have been working on different features that will allow you to streamline those processes that not only require a signature. 

From now on, with Signaturit you can request a signature at the same time as you request the signer to attach one or more files, or to upload one or more pictures. Everything in the same process.

How does this work?

This post is also available in Spanish.

1. Go to your dashboard and click the button Send document.

2. Upload the document you need to send to sign, or use one of your templates, if you have already created any.

Once you have included in the document all the fields that the signer has to fulfill (i.e.: name, surname, date, signature, etc...), click send document.

Remember that the signature field is always mandatory.

The following screen will appear:

3. Fulfill correctly the signer’s name and surname, his/her email address, add any other recipient if needed, and write the subject and the body of your email.

4. If you want the signer to also upload one or more than one picture in this signing process, press the camera button:

Once you press it, a new field will appear next to it, where you will be able to write the number of pictures that the signer will have to upload during this signing process.

Notice that the color of the button will change to green, in order for you to know that you are requesting the signer to upload pictures.

5. If you want the signer to also attach one or more documents in this signing process, press the document button:

Once you press it, a new field will appear next to it, where you will be able to write the number of documents that the signer will have to attach during this signing process.

Notice that the color of the button will also change to green, in order for you to know that you are requesting the signer to attach documents.

6. Click Send Document.

Once you have sent it, you will be able to track the signing process from your dashboard. You will know when the signer opens the document and when he/she signs it.

The signer will only be able to complete the process if he/she uploads the number of pictures you have requested and/or attaches the number of documents you have requested.

Once he/she has completed the process, you will receive the signed document in your email. A preview of this document is also available on your dashboard. From there, you can download the signed document as well as the pictures and/or documents attached by the signer.
