Fran Alsina, our Customer Success Champion, tells us about his experience within Signaturit’s team. Born in Venezuela, he has lived in Barcelona for more than 12 years, although he has not lost his characteristic accent.
He studied German translation and interpretation, so learning languages is one of his passions. This social and fun guy loves travelling and gastronomy. In fact, he often chooses his destinations based on their gastronomical offerings.

Meet our Customer Success Champion, Fran Alsina
1. How did you discover Signaturit?
My first professional experience was in a startup, and I liked it so much that I wanted to return to the entrepreneurial world, after having worked in the translation sector. I found the offer published in a job portal and I felt very connected with the profile that they were looking for. I researched more about the project and I loved the philosophy and values of the company. After meeting the CEO, everything flowed naturally and comfortably. The team was very warm to me, and everyday I'm happier with the decision I took.
2.How would you describe your work?
The priority in my work are the clients, to help them and make their signature and certification processes quick and seamless. In case there is any inconvenience, I'm fully available and in contact with them until it's resolved.
3. What is the overall purpose of your position?
My mission is to make our clients have the best experience possible with Signaturit and for them to feel taken care of at all times. I'm available and attentive to answer any questions or help with any problems they may have. I always try to respond efficiently and in the most resolutive way possible.
I also write a guide to help our users to answer their questions by themselves, in case they prefer it that way. We try to be clear and educational, so that the material I create will help to support them at all times.

4. What do you like most about working in the Customer Success Department?
The flexibility in the department and the contact with people. My position allows me to be in direct line with customers and learn from them and about their needs. On the other hand, I am also in communication with all members of Signaturit’s team, both when solving any incidents as well as contributing with ideas in order to constantly improve the customer experience.
5. What do you value most about working in Signaturit?
Working in the Customer Success department has given me access to all aspects of our technological solution and allows me to understand in detail Signaturit’s technology and platform. It's a very advanced tool at a technical level, so I have not stopped learning since I entered the company.
But not only my knowledge of the technology, also my communication with customers has improved thanks to teamwork. The rest of the Signabuddies have always been helpful and have offered me the necessary tools to learn and grow in my professional career.
6. How is a typical day in Signaturit for you?
In a normal day I respond to questions from our clients, solve their problems and I take care of everything to make sure it all goes the right way. At the end of the day, my goal is that there is nothing left to solve.
On the other hand, as I said, I like to contribute with the creation of content, so that our users get to know Signaturit and all the possibilities that the tool offers them to obtain the greatest value possible and to maximize their efforts.
7. What are your biggest challenges in Signaturit?
My biggest challenge is always to achieve the highest customer satisfaction rate possible. To make them truly feel heard and solve their problems quickly. In some way, I am the voice and intermediary of our users to the entire team, and I feel the responsibility to maintain and even increase their confidence whenever they choose us as a service provider.
8. What do you like most about working in such an innovative sector?
What I like most is that I can learn many different skills from different departments.
Additionally, as Signaturit is a company that is at the forefront of the electronic signature, we are always sharing knowledge regarding new technologies that are changing the way companies work. Improving the product and excellent customer service are key to be leaders in a sector where everything changes quickly.
9. What are the characteristics of a Signabuddy for you?
Be transparent and hard working. We give it all at our job. And we do so because we like the project and we fully believe in it. In this way, we always achieve good results. Besides, we're the cat’s pajamas.
10. What would you recommend for future Signabuddies?
To future Signabuddies, I would recommend that they view this project as an opportunity to grow alongside it. Illusion, desire to work and have fun working are requirements to enjoy working at Signaturit. And of course, positivity is an indispensable ingredient for a good Signabuddy.
