With Signaturit's advanced email features you can send documents to sign through your email account to multiple people at a time and/or to specify which pages need to be signed.

To use Signaturit's advanced features you don't need to download any applications. You just need to have internet access.

With Signaturit advanced email features, you can send any document or contract to sign directly from your email account in a fast, secure and legal way:

Only 4 steps:

  1. Compose a new email.

  2. Attach the document to be signed.

  3. Add the extension “” at the end of the signer’s email address.

  4. Click Send!

If you want to send documents to sign to multiple people, the process is the same. You only have to add the extension "" at the end of each signer's email address.

If you also want to specify which pages need to be signed, you can use #pages in the subject line of the email.

For example:

  • Write #pages1-4 if you want the signers to sign on pages 1, 2, 3 and 4.
  • Write #pages1,4 if you want the signers to only sign on pages 1 and 4.

In any case, with Signaturit you always send documents to sign with full legal validity in both Europe and the United States.  

After the process is completed, you will get a copy of the signed document and an audit trail with all of the electronic evidences.
